We have two worship services: 8 am in our intimate chapel and 10 am in our large sanctuary.  The 8 am worship service lasts about 45 minutes and the 10 am usually lasts one hour.  Fellowship time with refreshments follow each service. We use the New Revised Standard Version of the Bible.  Childcare beginning with infants is available from 9 am.  

Our 10 am worship service is livestreamed through YouTube, the link is available on our homepage each week.  Previous worship services may be viewed there as well.
 
You are invited to use the parking lot east of the church, on the corner of 22nd Ave. and Capitol, and enter through the large glass entrance facing 22nd Ave. If the parking lot is full there is plenty of street parking. 
 
People dress in whatever they feel comfortable in, from business formal (suits ties and dresses) to casual wear (jeans and sweaters).

During Worship

Sunday School 

We have a Children’s education time at 10 am, infant through 6th grade, in our second floor Christian Education department.   

Christian Education

Our worship follows a standard liturgy you can easily follow in the bulletin provided and accompanied by the hymnals.  When to stand and sit are marked by asterisks in the bulletin. 

​Early in the service we “Pass the Peace of Christ” with one another, the congregation is invited to shake their neighbor's hand with the words “The Peace of Christ be with you” followed by “And with you also.”        

Communion 

On the first Sunday of each month we celebrate communion with bread or gluten free bread and grape juice.  Everyone is invited and welcome to participate.  Children may participate at the discretion of their parents.
