Youth Group Sunday afternoon is an amazing time for our youth! We start the afternoon together with fun games designed to build fellowship and faith. Then we spend some time worshipping and studying together. Are you looking for a time of fellowship, fun, worship, service, and growth (don’t forget the great snacks)? The emphasis is on hearing the stories of the Bible and doing activities which reinforce what they have heard. First Grade – Sixth Grade Spark Lectionary is a three-year curriculum, with fall, winter, and spring quarters each year. The lessons correspond to the Revised Common Lectionary–helping children get more out of both worship and Sunday School. Nursery A nursery is provided each Sunday morning. Children are read Bible stories, participate in age-appropriate activities, listen to music, and are nurtured in a safe, Christian atmosphere. Early Release Day The Laramie County School District releases students early (for a half-day). Member parents who pre-register their child can bring them to the church on these days for snacks and activities, so their parents can stay at work, or for the children to have fun together in a safe, Christian environment. Children’s Church We offer Children’s Church grades Pre-K – Elementary. Children’s Church takes place during worship, specifically during the sermon. Children’s Church is a worship experience focused totally on children and building their understanding of the Bible while promoting a meaningful relationship with God. Families on the Go (FOG) Family Ministry is to encourage, equip and strengthen Christ-oriented singles, marriages, and families through Christian ministries and Godly community. The mission of the Family Ministry is to support the mission of the church (Matthew 28: 19-20) by reaching out to families and family members inside and outside of the church congregation. Family Ministry seeks to bring family members to wholeness, to intimacy with the Lord, and to unity with each other so that each family is a reflection of God’s family for all the world to see.
